Also this year the Gent Jazz Festival will organize jam sessions in the evening in collaboration with NH Hoteles and the Ghent Conservatory. These jam sessions will take place each festival day in the medieval basement of the NH Hotel Gent Belfort and begin at 23h30. Entrance for free.

From July 7 - July 11 with Bart Van Caenegem Trio and from July 15- July 18 with Moiano Trio.

In collaboration with Muziekmozaïek and Music Centre De Bijloke the Gent Jazz Festival organises masterclasses. July 11 with guitare player Oscar Castro-Neves.
